Narrow toddler feet

Hello - does anyone have any brilliant tips for finding shoes for DD, who is 3 with very narrow feet? She is size 8, not quite C - all Clarks too wide, and Start Rite seem to have one style (black leather school shoes basically) in the right width, but would like her to have some plimsoles/trainers for bombing about in - can anyone recommend a brand/website/shop? Can make it into Central London if necessary, but not sure where to start?.

thanks!

Could you opt for a D fitting, but with an insole in?

Or do a bit oif trial and error. IME the clarks doodles that are the ballet pump style are much narrower in fit; like these

Current vogue for hi tops v helpful, try converse and pull laces tight or look for ones that Velcro fasten.

Try European brands, in independent shoe shops.

My Dd is younger (3) but has, the, same problem. The only plimsols I've found are the Mary Jane style ones from m and s, cheap as chips and come in black or white. Really quite cute with a flower trim.
