Best knickers to avoid irritation when exercising...

.....I wear a thong usually but have found in recent weeks that my, ahem, undercarriage is becoming a little uncomfortable. I do 3 sweaty classes on 3 consecutive days, and wondered if it was my choice of undies causing the problem. Any recommendations for something that may be more comfortable? I wear running tights, cropped leggings etc so would need to fit under those. Thanks in advance.

Don't wear any. I never wear pants when exercising as the seams chafe and it just creates more washing. Easy!

I wear Adsa/ Tesco shortie style pants, the ones that come in a pack of 4 or 5. I've never had any kind of irritation - I am a sweaty person who trains at least 5 consecutive days.

I don't wear any either!

Normally I would never venture anywhere without knickers but I find them very uncomforatble when running. When marathon training, I actually suffered a friction burn from my knickersShock

Tesco's do no seam thongs or knickers they are really soft and don't irritate. They are on a coat hanger in packs of 2 and were in the sale last week when I was in.

Very comfy and no chafing.

I'm the opposite, get chafed if I don't wear knickers! I wear shorts style m and s ones and don't care about vpl Grin

Not sure I'm brave enough to go without! Had planned to borrow a pair of my son's boxers for class tonight! Will be in town at the weekend so will check out the suggestions. Had spotted £16 shorts style pants on Sweaty Betty's website but thought they were a bit costly.
