Boden refund

I returned some things to Boden over three weeks ago, I've never had to return anything before. Do they email you to advise they have refunded you? Until I get my credit card statement I won't know if they have or not.

I usually get an email confirming that the refund has been paid. Maybe give them a call?

I have only had to return a couple of items but have always had an email usually within 2 weeks I think confirming refund processed. I would email them with your order ref number etc - maybe they have been unusually busy in returns dept ?

How did you send the articles back ? I now do the click & collect at local garage as found quicker than Royal Mail

Can you check your statement online? I've always had emails from them confirming refunds however the last time I returned something a few weeks ago I didn't get one.

They may have put it on your account.

Thanks for replies. Finally got through to them and they confirmed that items had been refunded to my card. They did say that they had been having problems with items returned at the end of May and emails hadn't gone out.
