Work footwear?

I'll be in smart trousers/skirts with blouses and nice tops... I have no idea where to start looking for footwear.

I love heels but obviously they can't be too high that I wont be able to work in them. Plus, and it's the biggest thing, I have teeny tiny heels and so have to have straps otherwise I would slip out and break my ankle!

I'm 23 and want to be (want being the word) slightly stylish

Any help would be so appreciated. :)

Probably should have added, I am a size 7/40

Clarks are always good for work shoes. Will you be doing a lot of walking? or mostly desk based? I have a pair of mid heeled Clarks boots which I wear every day as I do a fair amount of walking but also need to look smartish

Thanks, I had just had a look through clarks and didn't really spot anything I liked that I could wear (strap issue)

I am used to wearing 3 - 4 inch heels pretty much all the time btw.

It's mainly desk based :)

ah well then i most prob can't help. 3-4 inch heels are outside my jurisdiction
