Esprit sizing?

Hello

Quite like the look of some of the t-shirts on the Esprit website. Does anyone know if they come up big or small?
I'm a size 16 on top and really confused about the sizes.

And can anyone recommend any other nice tee/casual wear retailers pls?

In my experience they are quite generous with their sizing especially on tops. I am a 12 and usually buy a small for example. Hope that helps.

Uniqlo also have some good tees although at times in some dubious designs quality is usually good.
