Waterproof volumizing mascara for a funeral please :(

I have thin short eyelashes so I need something that will build them up but be waterproof. Also a waterproof black eyeliner please. Thank you

lash tinting? Or those mink extension things? Or hide behind sunglasses?

I went to my mothers funeral last week. I used Rimmel waterproof mascara and Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner. Neither of them budged.

I went to a funeral today and my usual Lancome mascara didn't run. It's not waterproof either and there were a fair few tears!

Which Lancôme one and which rimmel one? Are they volumizing?

my Lancome one was Hypnose and is volumizing by all accounts.

Can't remember the name of the Rimmel one, but it's in a blue tube. Sorry to be so vague.
