I have started wearing eyeliner inside the top lash, usually a dark brown but I really need one that sharpens properly and goes on immediately. I have been using Bourjois which goes on well but has little splinters on it when its sharpened and I nearly took my eye out with it today! So any recommendations gratefully received.
