Belt recommendations please

I've just realised that my waist is actually a good feature. I have a big bust and big hips, but quite a small waist. So as I don't own many clothes that show it off I thought if I got a nice belt I could maybe work with what I have got (for some things anyway).

I don't wear trousers/jeans so I haven't owned a belt for about 8 years. What sort of thing should I look for please? :)

Depends on your style and budget of course, also are you tallish? Waist belts on shorty hourglass figures can look a bit odd IMO, fitted dresses are a better bet.

once upon a belt is worth a look but not so cheap

Uniqlo have a great belt selection in their stores, loads of colours. Careful with the tiny sizings though! I'm no sylph but I come up Large there and don't take a Large anywhere else!

Thanks :) I'll have a look.

I'm 5'8 and a 12, but with a smaller than 12 waist. So I find fitted dresses don't always nip in as much as I'd like.

I'm similar to you OP, I have got a couple of belts but they are cheap ones that don't really look good. I'm looking to pick some leather ones up off e-bay.
