It'll probably be soonish - last year it started mid-June. There's no official date, and usually it starts in the US first.

Harrods already have some Mulberry bags (not many though) in their fashion sale preview, which is 30% off.

House of Fraser will have bags in the sale on Thursday and the sale starts officially in mulberry shops and online on 15th. The US sale started several weeks ago.
