Shall I shave my head?

I have long, thick, curly hair that people always comment on. I have also always wanted to shave my head. I'm fascinated by the idea and have wanted to do it for years but there has never really been a good time.

However, now I am running out of reasons not too! I am not involved in any weddings in the near future, I won't be looking for a job for at least another year. DH doesn't love the idea but recognises I might just need to get it out of my system and wouldn't try to stop me if I was totally convinced.

So...shall I take the plunge?!

I wouldn't I have the same kind of hair as you and I went through chemo 4 years ago. Some people look great with short curly hair I certainly didn't I resembled Roy's mum from Coronation Street for a long while .............

Good luck if you go ahead with it!

I've shaved my head four times now, the last time was a year
ago, it's back to almost shoulder length already. I have curly hair too though I straighten it, the only annoying part was when it was to short to straighten as it was coming through.
Go for it

I did mine a couple of times in teens/20s. I think it can look quite chic if you don't have an oddly lumpy head, but most people seemed to react badly to it. I was followed round lots of shops by security guards.

I've not managed to grow it back past pixie cut length though, so you might be stuck with short hair for a while.
