Does anyone know where can I get a nice silk shirt like the detective from the Fall?

OP, the article you linked to says Jaeger, Asos and French Connection have noticed a rise in sales of silk shirts since the Fall started - maybe try them?

Equipment do amazing silk shirts if you want to spend a small fortune (they're usually in stock on My-Wardrobe, net-a-porter and Shopbop). I've got a really nice one from pure collection that has washed and worn well.

I got some lovely ones from Massimo Dutti last season (she says, gazing wistfully at pre-pregnancy wardrobe)...

Massimo dutti is an amazing place to buy shirts in the sale, even better if you use the Spanish site as the prices are cheaper, even including postage to the UK! They use a lot of mulberry silk. I've also got a lovely mulberry silk blouse in zara.

Has anyone mentioned hobbs? They have nice silk bits from time to time.

J Crew often have lovely ones...there's usually some discount codes knocking about that helps!

I have an equipment one which is lovely - got it from shopbop so cheaper than NAP etc.

Also echo J Crew ones, particularly the blythe which is in the sale, are really nice.

Pure Collection as Hopefully mentioned also good and they normally go in the sale. I also have one from Whistles which is nice.
