Mid length skirts

How do you wear them? Can I wear them??

I'm five foot seven and a dress size 14 but do carry weight around m hips and am a trouser size 16. My lower legs and ankles are ok and I do have a waist and a 32F bust, so am sort of hour glassy, albeit a hefty, would need to hold on to with both hands kind of hour glass.

I'm seeing a lot of mid length skirts and like them, but I'm worried about what to wear with them. If they are like the pencil skirt/tube type thing, them it will cling to my lower stomach fat and I don't think I'm happy with that. If it is an aline skirt then surely it will just emphasise the width of my hips??

I have a couple of mid length ones for work and they are very clingy in a stretch type of material.

I wear them with fitted blouse or tank top like shirts, all short or capped sleeve.

Probably best to try some on, height can be the issue, they need height to carry them off imo.

And tucked in at the waist, Brian? I have a friend who wears them like that and she looks stunning, but she is quite toned and thin with no fat like mine!

Yes mine are tucked because im all legs and tall with no boobs or shape i hate italthough you could wear them with a longer top to cover.

Try one and see how you feel.
