Another Wedding Outfit Question-Sorry!

So I posted last month about an outfit but since then my car has broken so money is a big problem!

I would really like something to wear to hide my upper arms thinking a bright blazer but obviously the budget is very restricted. I have black wedges but the heel is sort of espadrille so not sure they are suitable.

I tried that blazer on today but thought the same about getting a dress for the same price. Also tried on a white one but not sure if the bride would be funny about that?

I think that dress and shoes are fine with a nice blazer. How tight exactly is your budget? Here are some suggestions all 25 quid or under (may be shipping charges for some things though)
