eyebrow powder for blondes?

Just had my eyebrows 'coloured in' as part of a make over in town but the set was £20 - can anyone recommend a good one for blondes that isn't so pricey?

I got a powder set from GOSH in superdrugs, for I think £8. It has 3 different shades but not sure how light the lightest one is tbh, looks kind of dark blonde to me.

I use the Bobbi Brown coloured eyebrow gel. It is like a little mascara which both defines and tames your eyebrows. It comes in clear and several colours. I use the lightest one, it is a great colour and does not have any red in it at all.
