Please help me style this dress...

I have just won this aqua Reiss dress and am planning on wearing it to a couple of weddings this summer. What sandals / jacket / bag would you put with it?

I am 5'6", slim with pixie cropped blond hair. I quite like to look a little boho / quirky and would really prefer flat sandals if poss as I am just not good in heels. My legs are my best feature so I think I could get away with some flats if they are pretty enough. Quite like the idea of a bag or sandals with a strap with a contrasting colour to the dress, IYKWIM, but am not sure what colour!

Has anyone seen anything that might look nice with it?

Yes, I agree re the delicacy of the colour. Not sure about the sandals as I have long, skinny feet and things make my toes look a bit finger-like. - like the prettiness of them though. The link to the bag doesn't seem to work for me?

What do you think about a necklace, or does the detailing around the v rule out necklaces? (I am incredibly flat chested, if that matters?)

I tried this blazer on a few weeks ago and loved it, thought it might look nice if the weather doesn't hold!
