There ia a free neals yard remedy moisturiser to collect to with one of the other magazines.

I think the Nails Inc colours are red, lilac or peach.

No Red in my Tesco (maybe you lot bought them all!) but I did get Marie Claire with Ciate nail varnish (in a beigey colour) and "caviar" (gold sprinkles).

I'm hoping it'll give me instructions on what to do with the sprinkles.

I bought Red from Waitrose today (I usually shop at Sainsburys but I just happened to be in Waitrose) but I get when people swipe the gifts.
Unfortunately the mags are in a secluded bit of the store.
Some people don't have the concept of "Free Gift" though.

I got the Glamour for one pound with free eyeliner. I go through eyeliner like nobodies business.. must try the Red Elmis stuff. sounds good

The Elemis flash balm is really lovely, I'm tempted to go back and get another if telco still have them. It smells very similar to the Sanctuary Mela range.

The Rodial tan is also very good, I got the clear version. Easily absorbed, natural, believable colour and not sticky. It still stinks though!

The REN goodies are free with the August edition of RED, according to my issue. I'll be looking for those too!

It's a pity the magazines are all so shit though - nothing worth reading and little worth looking at. Red used to be okay but it's getting worse and worse.

i actually liked Red.

Anyonw know what the glasses with Tatler are like?

I definitely see it as "pay £3.80 for the free gift and get a magazine for free", otherwise it's depressing to think how much money you paid for how little reading.

I still don't understand why they all come together. Could somebody in magazine marketing explain please.

I doubt they discuss it with each other - they all seem to just have the same idea about when is a "good time" to have freebies.

Rodial self tan with Elle but check the shade as comes in light or med/dark.

Red has Cie duo of varnish, Tatler has sunglasses and Harpers & Queen has varnish/top coat duo.

Next month there is a full size 'Occitane face product with Elle.

Trills many of the mags come frim the same publishing house

It may not even be the magazines that decide it - it may be the companies supplying the stuff.

Maybe Elemis or Ciate or Models Own think that June is a good time to give stuff away with magazines (presumably the idea is that you love it and so buy more stuff from them).

I bought Red for the freebie. Hadn't in years. There is nothing in but adverts! I still miss Eve.
