Smart flats for summer

The sun has finally come out but I realise that after eight months in black opaques and brogues I have no suitable work shoes, only ballet flats which are fine for quiet days in the office but not really for proper meetings.

I need some nice leather shoes, e.g. Mary Janes, that I can wear with nude tights (or bare legs in due course) and don't look too old lady like. Can't do heels. Does anyone have any ideas?

Boden have some patent sling-backs which are flat. Lovely colours as well. They do have pointy toes though too scared to wear mine yet.

Thanks both! Jemima Vine is beyond my budget (don't want to spend more than £50ish) but Boden looks promising. Wouldn't have thought of trying them for shoes.

love those jemima vine shoes! never heard of them before, but have been searching for pointed courts with a block heel for ever.

pity they only sell a total of 2 pairs of shoes!
