hair like straw help!!!!!!

any recommendations to help, or some miracle,

my hair looks dull and crap no matter what I do atm.

I cannot recommend coconut oil enough! All fo the females in Dh's family use it religiously (sleep in it overnight twice a week) and have the most stunning hair! I've been using it on my own hair for a few years and it is soooo much better! My mother in law gives DD a coconut oil scalp massage three times a week and my DD has stunning hair (like Nicole Scherzinger's hair- on an 11 year old!). Other oils I recommend:

Apply oil to dry hair, sleep in it and rinse in the morning
