S&G foot buffer - damp or dry skin?

It does sound a bit daft but do you buff before or after your bath/shower?

How many times a week/month do you use it?

My hard skin builds up quick, not sure if its going barefoot all the time in the house or not slapping cream on everyday.

TIA

Always dry skin. Always. I think you'd rip your skin off if you did it on damp skin.

I've been using my Schol file a couple of times a week when I remember then lots of cream afterwards.

On the packaging it says rub heel with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

Thanks for your replies, Lemon is one thing I have not tried. Sounds interesting though!

Once the small people are having their sleep I shall get buffing. Grin
