Eye bags?? Super stellar advice required!

Do they just come and then they are here to stay?? They have been puffy for the last few months outta nowhere.

Is this it? Must I learn to live with my bags? (disclaimer: I'm not prepared to have surgery)

Actually my eyes have been sore as well but my doctor thinks it's just stress. I shall try the drainage, thank you :)
