Mistral - sizing

Can anyone help me with sizing of Mistral clothes please? I'm looking at buying a couple of things but just wondered from other's experience - generally are they true to size or a bit bigger/smaller? Thanks

Possibly a bit bigger round the bust. I need a 14 on top from Mistral, but 16 from FatFace. The cut is quite loose on the tops I own though. I don't own any skirts or trousers from them, so can't help there.

I found them big too. I only ever bought once though as did not find the quality very good compared to similar for price in fat face or white stuff.
