Help with bra size please ladies :)

Hello all! I am looking for your expert advice on bra size/ fitting! Just measured and I'm 34 underneath and 41 over the top (tilted to 90 as suggested) what size does that make me? I currently wear a 36D.

Those will the full on knowledge will probably be along in a bit, but I make you a 34F based on those measurements.
