Is is bag nice or is it hideous or neither?

Just bought this bag www.clarks.co.uk/p/20354973 but not sure if it is actually nice or not? The orange is a bit brighter than in the picture.

I also bought these sandals www.clarks.co.uk/p/20354427 which I am a bit more confident about even thought they are not what I would normally wear.

Views?

Bag - isn't hideous, but isn't gorgeous - somewhere in the middle.

I don't like that bag at all. Sorry. I don't think I'd notice it or give it a second thought if I saw someone with it, but as you're asking, no I don't like it.
The sandals are ok. Again, wouldn't wear them myself (but I don't like open-toe and I am no style guru), but they are alright.

Like the sandals. The bag has a bit too much detailing for me - but I don't hate it.

So that is three positives for the bag and nine for the shoes, but seven neutral or dislikes for the bag.
Hmmm... May return the bag. It isn't leather no. The sales woman did a bit of a hard sell on me with it today.

Like both. Bag a nice shape but a tan or dark brown in the bag may be more useful.

Shoes I don't like: I'm not keen on that semi gladiator look where the straps go up round the ankle.

Bag is quite nice but too orange and too small for me.

Sandals are ok, bit plain but certainly not horrible.

The shape of the bag is nice but the leather looks a bit stiff and garish. It'd be nicer in a neutral tan...
