Nice dresses for work?

Please recommend me some nice work dresses. I'm a size 10, about 5ft 6 ish. It'd be nice to have some summery colours!

My budget is more M&S than Reiss. I'd like a bit of colour but not too much.

For example, I like this dress but the fit was not great ...
