Aqua Scrub (and DIY version)

I've just treated myself to n Aqua scrub (as my hairdresser beauty salon had an summer offer ) and feeling great now, but cant afford it often , so though im sure his has been posted here before I thought I'd share my home made scrub recipe

Get some coconut oil in a jar from a wholefood or ethnic foods shop , plus a packet of dead sea salt from somewhere like H&B ,, add some essential oil of you want it to smell nice. Fantastic and MUCH cheaper than buying any of the scrubs you see in Boots/Bodyshop etc (and the same stuff really) .Really great if you can get OH to do t your back and back of legs .. I use it on him too.. ( OK he's a bit metrosexual, my fella, but I love him for it ) I made a huge jarful and keep it next to the bath .

Yes its messy , and its best if you can relax with some hot towels on the applied scrub after for a while then rinse off, and sleep on a towel the night after , but really great for your skin .

So I'm now planning on my first ever fake tanning session a very light one ( have very pale skin which doesn't tan really , but going on hols to Greece in 3 weeks and would quite like to look like I wasn't born and live in a drizzly bog Smile )
