Depends on your feet, if either of you have verucca or fungal nails etc then don't but if feet healthy would be fine.

How bad are people's feet? Presumably you use a foot file after washing your feet. A lot of other activities one might undertake with one's DH are a lot more high risk in terms of germ exchange than foot file sharing

We share! I think 2 would be a waste. And no matter what germs we have I think we are sharing them anyway to be honest. what liberty said :)

DH has already asked me to de-hood his feet with the soap and glory file. I plan to wash it afterwards. Thoroughly.
