Anyone purchased from shopbop? Experiences?
They say customs charges are prepaid.....can i trust this?

Yes, have used them a lot and I always pre-pay the customs charge. They delivery very quickly and have great customer service.

Yes I would second that they are great! I always pay the charges up front always works out much cheaper and I have not had any problems the amazing thing is I usually have delivery in about three days so all good
