hello, does anyone have any suggestions where is best? I'm a C cup I think so too small for Bravissimo. HofFraser? Debenhams? M and S?

thank you!

They are all pretty dire. You'll get different sizes from them all.

Debenhams used to have an independent bra specialist on the second floor, but I'm not sure if they do anymore, and they did pressure her to suggest sizes that they sell.

I'd try bravissimo. I took my sister there as an a cup and they measured her up and showed us bra styles to hunt out for her. They were really friendly and helpful, despite not stocking her size.

I'd definitely go to Bravissimo. You may be very surprised and find that you're not a C at all Wink

I usd to live in Leam! G to Bravissimo for a fitting and they will give you the correct size. Then go to debenhams to buy it. NOT m&s.

Bravissimo help everyone and there is no pressure to buy, they frequently told me they would so much rather I wear the right size and not buy from them than ear the wrong size and not buy from them! They're a bit evangelical about sizing!

Also, they start at a D and if you are even one back size smaller than you think you are then you would definitely fit their bras anyway. And different brands come up differently so you could well fit into some and not others. You are lucky to have the fitting service on your doorstep so use it, I know of people travelling from America to visit bravissimo!!!

i did wonder about ringing bravissimo and asking what they think. But I'm pretty sure I'm not bigger than a C.

thanks everyone! actually i have just checked the bra i'm wearing at the mo which was fitted by JL (who were really good actually) and it's a DD! It's too big - was fitted post pregnancy - but perhaps there is hope for me at bravissimo yet! thanks all.

can you take your measurements as described on the fitting advice bit of thebetterbracampaign.blogspot.co.uk...that will give us a pretty good idea if you are bravissimo territory or not.

Tell us what you measure underneath tightly, and around the bust bending over at 90deg at the waist.

i have done it - booked an appt with them for the weekend. Said was concerned i might be too small and they said happy to measure me anyway.

If i can find such a think as a tape measure i will have a stab at measuring myself and post...

It sounds like if you are too small for them it wouldn't be by much - i.e. a cup size - so you would probably still get pretty good advice and a solid idea of your size anyway. But there is a fair chance you aren't anyway - you may have gone down in the back rather than the cup.

I read so many positive reviews about the Bravissimo bra fitting experience , you will not be disappointed this weekend.

Have you seen their perfect fit video in the meantime?

Good luck :)
