What do you use to line under lower lashes?

I just can't get this right at the moment. Pencil runs and shadow just disappears. I am wondering what everyone else uses and if there is anything that lasts. Thanks.

I run a pencil underneath my lower lashes and then set with a dusting of shadow. the Superdrug MUA pencils are really good, I had loads on the other night and it didn't budge despite me sweating and dancing all night.

Nowt here either, I look slightly fresher without it.

Bare Minerals waterproof eyeliner - stays put all day - I have always struggles with panda eyes until discovering this!

I put a line of Avon glimmerstick which I then neaten with a cotton bud and make up remover, then smudge it with the same colour eyeshadow I have on my lids.

I use shadow, put on against/just below the lashes with a flat definer brush like this
If it's too harsh a line I smudge a little with an eyeshadow brush. Tend to use urban decay or mac shadows.
