Peplums?

I haven't been out for an age - Going out tonight.
Just rumaged my wardrobe and found I have a pretty peplum top I haven't worn...Fancy wearing it - but a bit worried they may be looking a little over worn and naff now?
Stylish opinions appreciated x

Peplums are still all over the high street as far as I've seen. I don't think it will look naff at all. I wouldn't wear them myself as I already have massive hips but they look nice on other people Smile

Peplums are fine, but you have to have slim hips.

Hmmm. Am in 2 minds. I am slim (size 10), with slim hips and they look dreadful on me. The 'fattest' part of my body is just above my hips / lower stomach and I have a short back, so the seam of the peplum sits right on my fattest part, highlighting it and cutting me at my fattest/shortest part. Not attractive.

However, I like them in a slightly TOWIE style, so if yours sits in the right place, wear with pride!
