What do we think of this dress?

Hi,

Have bought a dress today - I don't usually wear dresses, but this one was in a colour that really suits me and I have a wedding to attend in a foreign (hot) country and I thought that maybe it would be a nice style to wear? this dress

I know it's a bit polyester-tastic but I think it suits me - just wondering what the general consensus was. I am pale skinned, dark hair and the colour for once look nice against my skin, fairly flattering. The wedding is in a vineyard, so not sure how formal/relaxed it will be...

Will definitely be wearing a bra!!! Just put it on with a top shop sparkly bolero/shrug and it looked really nice - you couldn't see it was one shouldered, it just looked like there was a slight asymmetric neckline. Apart from the shrug is totally the wrong colour but it gave me an idea of how it could look (floaty maxi dress really).

Hmm, still can't decide. Will prob keep it anyway, as the colour suits me but unsure on the wedding thing (looking like a bridesmaid and also the sweating thing!)

Thanks MrsL - I LOVE the warehouse maxi dress with the lace detail - may have to have a wander into a store for a look!! Not keen on the others but I really like the maxi one
