Really dry knees

I've got brown patches on both my knees (I'm an infant teacher so on my knees a lot). Fake tan clings to the spots and I'm really embarrassed to wear shorter skirts/dresses without tights, is there anything that will get rid of it? Xx

Flexitol will do it. Oh, and don't exfoliate too much.

I had this.....a dermaflannel from Bravura got rid of them pronto. It's pricey but essential IMO. I use it on face and body...my skin has never been so soft and glowing.
