Wafer what a great website. There are a few on there that have potential- I like the Steve Madden ones. Awks I came upon the Dune ones on Pinterest/Polyvore just now, though I would like a higher heel.
Can't do an anke strap as I have footballers legs. I have too many wedges, though I saw some very slim Castaner wedges on the site that were lovely ( and comfortable).

I have the dune 'funky' ones, really like them, comfy, wearable, but they're nothing like as high as OP's those could be worn to work but my dune's are much more casual.
Anyway, the dune ones are £60 in John Lewsi (Very link = £65), plus JL are price matching this weekend so they're down to £52.
