Stiff upper lip

If I wax my upper lip is it going to grow back all black and stubbly?
After dh told me I had a bit of a shadow I bleached my top lip and now it looks really blonde and hairy and much worse than before!
Help!

I use Veet - you paste on some cream, wait 3 minutes and wipe it off. Couldn't be easier.

Yes, I think the regrowing hairs are a bit coarser than they were - but not massively, and I do it once a week so it's not a problem. And if I'm ever in a coma DD has promised to maintain the schedule.

:) I'm sure dh would do that for me, after all it's his fault I'm in this mess.
