Jack Wills jacket sizing? True to size, small or big?

I've seen a JW jacket that I really like on ebay and would like to bid on it. I'm not sure what the sizing is like in JW because I have never bought in there before. I usually am an 8-10 depending on the shop but the JW sizing chart says that a size 8 bust is 81cm but my bust is usually a 32B and measures 87cm at my fullest.

Size 10 says it is a 86cm bust so that would be a bit small and my 87cm puts me at a size 12? Is that right? Are the sizes in there really small? I'm not busty at all so seem surprised that I am so busty on their size chart that I'd need to go up a size or two.

I find brands like Jack Wills, Superdry etc...are always really small. I'm a small size 8 and I find their small size quite snug.
