I'm quite fair skinned, and getting on a bit (45) I have some dark age/sun spots on my face, and a bit of mild acne scaring. I can't really commit to half a dozen micro - dermabrasion sessions. Do the creams work? What brands are good, how long does it take to notice the difference?
