Curl creme for a toddler?!

Dd is 2.11 and has gorgeous wringlets but they often get a bit frizzy. Do you think it is too young to use curl creme to separate her curls?

I use frizz ease on my 5yo Grin . I looked for that Boots stuff once, as I had a friend at uni who used to swear by it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Do they still do it? Is it any good??
