suitable for a masquerade ball?

I've just bought this dress and need an honest second opinion, is it suitable to wear to a masquerade ball. I need to be 100% sure as I'll need it taken up slightly as I'm only 5'2"

Most definitely, it's lovely! But, you'll need a mask and maybe some long gloves too.
