Help!! Dandruff!

No idea what to do with my new dandruff-head! Been using that L'Oreal free-from sodium Laureth sulphates stuff in brown. My head is itcy & my hair is dark & often pulled back into a pony-tail. I can see the white flakes floating about when I blow-dry & also on top of my hair when I put it up. It's horrible! Help!

Is it definitely dandruff rather than psoriasis? If it's the former, try the L'Oreal in the blue bottle (usually for men but works for either really). If it's the latter, try T-Gel or a similarly medicated shampoo
