Are these EVER in the sale? I want the black one like this:

Just wondering if there is any point in hanging on hoping that somewhere will put this in the sale....

No sale knowledge, but some advice. I have the AH maxi satchel - same as this but bigger. Right now I am on the bus to the AH store to get it repaired for the THIRD time. I really love my bag, but not sure I'd bother getting one if I had my time again - they repair them free of charge but I don't work in the west end so it's a right PITA dropping off and collecting it. I also have the maxi purse and the stud on the tassel has come away - need to get this fixed as well but don't have another purse!

Be wary - if you do get one, check the repair policy for the place you buy it from - don't know if AH stores accept repairs if you've bought it elsewhere?

I got mine in the my-wardrobe sale over a year ago - paid less than £300 for it.

Never had any problems with it or any AH bag that I own. (have got ummm 4)

Luciani - I think they should just give you a new bag really but I suspect they won't do that.

they were on sale on the AH website after christmas,but they soldout quick,i remember seeing the plum and gold one, not sure about the black one.

Yeah - I noticed the more 'seasonal' colours and the special leathers on sale. But I didn't see black on sale. But MrsCB snaffled a black one in the my-wardrobe sale, so it seems it does happen!

the sale is on and i just bought a tan one!!!
