Switched to this after a number of years wearing Dior Skin Nude.

Like it but do find that nose gets greasy by teatime. Anyone find the same problem? or have suggestions?

I always powder mine and it stays put all day. What skin type do you have and are you using a primer?

MoaneyMcmoanmoan · 23/04/2013 02:27

I didn't like it - too sheer for me.
I really like Estee Lauder Double Wear at the moment.

But back to your question, do you use a primer? I found once I started using one, shininess wasn't a problem.

Aldi's knock off version is better than the real thing.

My skin is old and on the dry side. But nose less dry than rest of face.

I use Mac primer.

Didn't have the problem with Dior which is the only other foundation I have used regularly. Prior that I used tinted moisturiser sporadically and don't remember ever having this problem. It's putting me off ysl.

Anyone else had this issue with ysl?

I didn't like it at all and switched back to Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua

No, but I have fairly dry skin and tbh I like a 'glowy' look. I couldn't get a good enough colour match from either the YSL Touche Eclat or the Dior Skin Nude so I'm currently using No7 Lift and Luminate for work and La Roche Posay BB cream for non-work days.

Thanks. I like the colour match and look. Although I always liked dior tbh as a nice dewy look (but color match not as good).

May get a few new testers as getting a bit fed up with the oil slick nose at the end of the day.
