Anyone had microdermabrasion?

Hello.
I have uneven pigmentation on my face due to sun damage and I've read that microdermabrasion might help.
Has anyone had this done? Any comments about results or cost?

I've had it done a few times and have been really pleased with the results. It definitely gives my skin a clearer, more even look. I usually pay about £60.

You could try a dermaflannel

You could maybe try a liquid exfoliant such as Alpha-H Liquid Gold or Clarins Exfoliating Toner every couple of days?
