Changing Bag SOS

OpheliasWeepingWillow · 17/04/2013 20:20

Why is this so hard! Need recommendations pleeeeeeease.

I have a Bugaboo Bee and want a changing bag that:

Clips to the buggy
Is not a messenger bag
Is not some cutesy 'Yummy Mummy' horror show in pink
100 quid or less
Will sustain a lot of international travel

I can't find anything that has good reviews!

Wah.

Power of MN - help!

I had a Babymel changing bag with DS3 which I really liked. There's lots of different patterns/styles.

bigredbook · 17/04/2013 20:25

I wouldn't get one.

I am a bit of a bag obsessive and bought a storksac which I never used. I got an anya change bag in the end but again rarely used it.

I would get a longchamp le pliage or something.

Probably not what you wanted to hear!

OpheliasWeepingWillow · 17/04/2013 20:29

Hmm the clipping to the buggy bit is what is swaying me to the actual changing bag rather than a bag.

Off for another look at stork sack

Samsonite do a few but I don't know if any brands actually clip onto buggies?

OpheliasWeepingWillow · 17/04/2013 20:30

Babymel! What is wrong with me.

bigredbook · 17/04/2013 20:58

Oops, that didn't work- they are called happy mummy hook and stroll.

elizabethtailored · 17/04/2013 20:59

Buy a naffly named 'MummyClip" from JojoMamanbebe and use an existing handbag. Or an old one.

I use ancient Mulberry and is great.

Doodlekitty · 17/04/2013 21:03

I have a Radley changing bag. It clips into my bee

OpheliasWeepingWillow · 17/04/2013 21:06

Argh! Why are all changing bags so grim....

Wah. I wish the reviews of the bugaboo changing bag were not so bad.

I have loads of 'normal' bags but really really want a lovely proper changing bag I don't know why

I already have about a thousand mummy clips (who names these things?) but the bag just ends up bashing my knees.

Honestly it won't make a bit of difference having a specialised one. Unless you go for one with thermal bottle warming pockets. The only good thing about mine is I don't care if I spill something on it as it isn't really 'mine' and can be bunged in the wash.

EarnestDullard · 17/04/2013 21:16

I've had two of these and really rate them. Roomy, wipe-clean, plenty of pockets inside and out, come with a matching changing mat. They're about £45 so not silly money, and come with clips to attach to the buggy.

OpheliasWeepingWillow · 17/04/2013 21:27

Aha! I like.
