Fitted white blouse

Does anyone know where I can find a fitted, long-sleeved white blouses which would look great with dark jeans and pumps?

Before having a baby, I had a fab, slightly stretchy blouse from Zara, but it no longer fits and I can't find anything similar.

Miss Selfridge has one in at the moment thats white and fitted and has a lace ribbon round the collar to tie in a bow. Its really rather nice.
