I heard a reference to this today and was intrigued. Does anyone know what it entails?

I don't, but I like the sound. Where did you hear about it?

HellesBelles396 · 16/04/2013 19:15

A link to woman and home but when I clicked through it just said how brilliant it was but gave few details.

Outlined here in Huffington Post -- sounds like a gimmicky name for a fairly ordinary diet, TBH...

looks that way. shame.

I do it ....every night....don't eat a bloody thing....can't say I've lost a huge amount though Grin

Presumably the 'overnight' portion relies on the fact that you aren't getting enough sleep in the run up to the diet. It just screams fad, doesn't it?

HellesBelles396 · 16/04/2013 21:43

same here jammygal - I was hoping for a special way of not eating anything while asleep Grin

I dread to think what size I would be if I didn't already get 8-9 hours a night...
