I heard a reference to this today and was intrigued. Does anyone know what it entails?

I do it ....every night....don't eat a bloody thing....can't say I've lost a huge amount though

Presumably the 'overnight' portion relies on the fact that you aren't getting enough sleep in the run up to the diet. It just screams fad, doesn't it?

same here jammygal - I was hoping for a special way of not eating anything while asleep

I dread to think what size I would be if I didn't already get 8-9 hours a night...
