brouges are still "in" aren't they?

Just brought some deep tan ones from Clarks and now home I'm unsure.... !

Wanted something smart and sturdy / flat as I spend a lot of time walking and buggy pushing. Also hoping for something I could wear with dresses too... loafers seemed a little old for me. I'm 32 and still feel 18 (cough).

What do you think?

Just after opinions.

I can't link as on my phone but they are the hamble oak in dark tan :)

I'm sure I've spelt brogues wrong there... my brain isn't working!

I hope so too

I've got the Clarks ones in nude and I love them

Beegey · 16/04/2013 16:12

I have exactly the same pair, am a similar age and do the same things as you...

I also bloody love mine.

JazzDalek · 16/04/2013 16:16

Love mine, don't actually care if they are "in" or not!

They're all in brown crocs

twentythirteen · 16/04/2013 17:43

I've only recently bought my first pair. I figure "I'm twice their age" so the young ones won't look at me and be shocked if I'm not up to date. Sooo comfortable and pretty!

Fairylea · 16/04/2013 18:34

Thanks... :)

I can't imagine wearing brown crocs if they're the in thing so I'm happy with my Clark's brogues!

I was just wondering as brogues seemed so very trendy last year and I remember that particular style being in the shops in Clark's last summer so I was wondering if I had missed the boat... not that I'm a slave to fashion but I didn't want to seem frumpy either! But it appears everyone thinks they're good so I'm happy :)

Aren't brogues a classic?
