Spa resort recommendations please ?

Wanted to go to champneys for a weekend break but fully booked on dates I wanted to go. Any recommendations for similar type thing not too far out of London?

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot is amazing. I have only been once but would love to go back one day.

Babybarrister - v funny. Quite like idea of exercise classes + spa facilities so a full range of health related activities if that makes sense!
