To dye or not to dye?

What is the rule? How many gray hairs should you have before you start covering up? I have about 10-20 around my temples and hair line and have very dark brown hair. I am also a hair dye virgin.

No advice?? Don't want to crack open the home dye kit just yet if I can avoid it. :D

Had my first dye a few months ago...
Hair has much more body, looks good.

With dark hair, and just a few, pull them out?

Hold off dying as long as poss I reckon.

Don't bother pulling them out.....have you tried a gentle semi permanent like castings...they can give reasonable coverage without the severity of permanent!
