5'5, size 10 (ok 10-12 at the minute, but I'm working on it). I'm usually in skinny jeans and stripy top/scarf (but love dressing up when I go out). Think they might be a bit OTT for school run? But I love em!

You are absolutely not too old for these. You are too young for Foot Glove.

WifeofGru · 12/04/2013 00:39

Not OTT for school run around here. If you love them, buy them. You are not too old for them at all.

HarrietSchulenberg · 12/04/2013 00:45

Um, are they not a bit, well, (whispers) Dolly Parton?
But I am someone who lives in DMs and left my style sense at the door of 1999.

Pancakeflipper · 12/04/2013 01:05

No you are not too old.

If they are good enough for Dolly then they are good enough for you. (lol at HarrietS).

Corygal · 12/04/2013 08:02

No! They're great - you will rock them. Go for it (also a fine bargain).

DolomitesDonkey · 12/04/2013 08:17

Wtf? How can you be "too old" at 37? They're just a run-of-the-mill pair of boots. :( I find it very depressing the British psyche wishes to pack you off to the Edinburgh Woolen Mill the day you turn 32.

Do you usually shop at Per Una?

DolomitesDonkey · 12/04/2013 08:18

Fwiw, I'm older than you, fatter and shorter (quite the catch eh? Wink) - and my shoes are far more ridiculous. I like the type of shoe you need to remove before walking on cobbles - and as I live in medieval mainland europe this is a frequent occurence.

missbopeep · 12/04/2013 08:48

You aren't too old but sorry :) don't like- they are a bit 'western' as someone else said. But if YOU like them go ahead!

fanoftheinvisibleman · 12/04/2013 08:52

Erm I'm 37 and I think I'm too young for Kurt Geiger! You are definitely not too old.

HarrySnotter · 12/04/2013 09:00

Def not to old!

Adelesbbf · 12/04/2013 09:07

I'm 37 and have just ordered some - they are just what I've wanted all winter but have been too skint to buy.

Absolute bargain, thanks!

PenelopeChipShop · 12/04/2013 10:28

Ooh thanks for the link cos I love them and I think am going to order. I'm no way is 37 too old! I'm 32 Ns definitely not planning on phasing I'm any Per Una over the next five years!!

However YABU to have made me want boots I can't really afford ...

UnrequitedSkink · 12/04/2013 11:15

DEF not a Per Una wearer thank you very much! I know they're normal boots, I've been after a short pair with stacked heels for ages...but they have spiky studs! And fringe!

But you've convinced me, so thanks :)

Where I come from they would say YEE-HAW. So they aren't for me but you know what if you like them buy them. Embrace them and make them your own. You are not to old. Wear them with a big smile and be happy. Life is too short to not wear what you like.

DewDr0p · 12/04/2013 12:17

Nope - def not too old! go for it OP.

YoniOno · 12/04/2013 13:07

They're gorgeous, go for it! Just don't wear them with a denim skirt and poncho Wink

mum47 · 12/04/2013 13:08

You are so not too old for these - but also don't team them with a fringed leather jacket and stonewashed jeans.

Pinkflipflop · 12/04/2013 13:09

You asked the question and I was about to get ready to say, if you have to ask, then you are too old for them!

I clicked on the link and was really surprised! I love them, def not too old!!

janmoomoo · 12/04/2013 18:12

I am 43 and I love them. Go for it, they are nice. But what mum47 said!
