Dress for a wedding help!

I'm desperate to the point of almost not wanting to go to this wedding because I have nothing to wear

I've put on weight and am about a size 22, average height. I hate my flabby arms and thick legs and am unfortunately more of a barrel shape than sexy hourglass larger lady shape.

Can anyone help me find something please? I'm 30 and like looking smart and classic but with an alternative twist- floral is not for me! Less than £100 would be good.

How about this? Would give you the look of a bit of a waist and is quite smart and classic, covers the tops of your arms?
